Information

Welcome!

We’re glad you’re here. We welcome you to join us on Sunday mornings at 10am.

For the kids: the CCP Nursery serves children ages birth - 3 and is staffed each Sunday by two adult volunteers. Church School is held each Sunday for children 3rd grade and younger, and Youth Church is offered as needed for those 8 - 11 years.

If you would be more comfortable joining us from home, you can find our service each Sunday on our Facebook page. Click here for our Facebook page.

Pastor Phil’s sermons are also individually available on YouTube, as are our memorial services.  Click here for our YouTube page.

When should I arrive?

Our Sunday worship is at 10 AM.

So that you won’t feel rushed, we recommend that you arrive 10 minutes before the service. We welcome children of all ages.

How do I get there?

We are located at 895 Linden Road in Pinehurst - directly across from Elliott’s Restaurant.

What can I expect?

Expect to find a warm and friendly, intergenerational community. Our CCP family is comprised of a diverse group of people brought up in different faiths or none at all! Our congregation has a broad spectrum of beliefs, interests and histories.

As you enter our Sanctuary, our friendly greeters will welcome you and hand you a bulletin so that you can easily follow along during the service. After worship we invite you to join us for fellowship at our coffee hour. Just follow the crowd to the end of the hallway and enjoy a cup of coffee or tea and some treats.

Are there any programs for children?

Yes! During each service, we invite children to come forward to participate in a special, age-appropriate message. Children 3rd grade and younger then break out for Church School, and Youth Church is offered as needed for those 8 - 11 years. Children birth - age 3 are welcome in our nursery staffed by background-checked volunteers, as per our safe church policy, for a time of Christian learning and play. See our Safe Church Policy.

Can I participate in Communion?

Yes! You’re always welcome at CCP. This includes at our Communion table. The first Sunday of each month we celebrate Communion and our table is prepared for all. (We serve grape juice, bread, and gluten free crackers.)

Where do I park?

We have plenty of parking, including handicapped parking, on either side of the Church or directly behind the Church.

Are you an accessible campus?

Yes! Our beautiful Sanctuary is fully wheelchair accessible so that we can welcome everyone…wherever you are on life’s journey.

What should I wear?

Please come as you are and dressed however you feel most comfortable. We’re happy that you’re joining us and want you to be more focused on the service than what you’re wearing.

What will the message be like?

We strive to create a worship service that is inspirational and touches the spirit.

In every service, you will hear a compelling and challenging message that nourishes your mind as much as your soul, and is relevant to daily life, no matter where you are on life’s journey. Music is an important and lovely part of each worship service.
